Xmas Opening Hours

Resource will be open on the following hours over the Christmas/New Year period:

Monday 22^nd December – 9.30am to 4.30pm

Tuesday 23^rd December – 9.30am to 4.30pm

Wednesday 24^th December (Christmas Eve) – 9.30am to 3.00pm

Christmas Day – Open for Christmas Dinner Only – 11.00am to 3.00pm (fully booked)

Friday 26^th December (Boxing Day) – Closed

Saturday 27^th December – Closed

Sunday 28^th December – Closed

Monday 29^th December – 9.30am to 4.30pm

Tuesday 30^th December – 9.30am to 4.30pm

Wednesday 31^st December (New Years Eve) – 9.30am to 3.00pm

New Years Day – 11.00am to 3.00pm

Friday 2^nd January – 9.30am to 4.30pm

Resource will be closed on 3^rd & 4^th January.

Normal service will resume on Monday 5^th January.

Christmas Lunches

Christmas is almost upon us, and as is always the tradition at Resource, we will be providing a Christmas menu in the run up to the festive season.

All members are welcome, and you are free to invite a guest along. Prices are £6.50 for members and £8.00 for guests.

With 3 courses for you to enjoy, this is an occasion not to be missed. Dates are:

Thursday 11th December from 12.00pm or 1.30pm

Wednesday 17th December from 12.00pm or 1.30pm

Ask a member of the kitchen team for further details.

Web Design Course

Resource will be running another Web Design course starting January 2008, and running for 5 weeks.

Members participating will learn how to create their own web page, and build it out to a fully featured website.

You will then learn how to promote your site, and ensure that it is listed in Google.

All members are welcome to join, but numbers are limited to 6 places. We will run the course again for anyone that misses it this time around. All we ask is that you are confident in using a computer, in particular a mouse.

December 2008 Newsletter OUT NOW

Hopefully you will have received your copy of the newsletter by now.

We have a write-up on the recent "Question Time" conference, table tennis news, and some parting memories from our Project Manager Polly Falconer, who sadly left Resource this month.

We'd like to take this opportunity to thank Polly for all her hard work over the 9 years she worked for Resource, and wish her well in her fledgling media career.

Almost Newsletter Time Again...

Yep, it's almost time for a newsletter to drop through your letterbox, but before we can get to that stage, we need YOUR input. If you have any articles, poems or submissions you'd like to be considered for the latest issue, please send them in to us.

Table Tennis

You can find our latest timetable of activities on the website at www.readingresource.org.uk. Please note that there will be no table tennis session on Tuesday 14th October, but it will return the week after, before heading into the half term break.

Together at Resource Newsletter

A quick note to let you our members know that the latest edition of the newsletter should be with you by the second week of June (envelope stuffers permitting). Keep your eyes peeled for it - there will be the usual timetables, articles, letters and updates.

If you find you're not receiving mail from us, it's more than likely that we haven't got the most up to date address for you. Give us a call with your updated details, so we can update our mailing list.
